One last blower door test before tuning this home over to the clients.
92 cfm at 50 pascals of pressure. On this house that equates to a ACH50 of .18 (2588sqft, 30448 cu ft)

For example, a well built stick framed house will be closer to 800cfm to 2000 cfm (1.5 ACH50 to 4 ACH50) this house is 10x-20x

This is 100% living condition. No “extra seals” or tape over the 10” hood vent/makeup air or ERV penetrations.
All equipment is turned off and dampers are closed, that’s it.
