Almost finished up with this land development project for some great customers.
✅ water and sewer pulled out of the road for each lot
✅ fresh asphalt
✅ engineered pad for one of the houses
✅ drainage pipe replaced through easement driveway
✅ clipped and graded per SEC and city
Just a couple small touchups left to be finalized!
