I offer various home maintenance solutions including home and small business, rental repair, electrical, heating and air (furnaces and air conditioners) including troubleshooting and replacement.
I have been in the construction industry for 20 plus years, I have multiple certifications, refrigerant certification, NATE certification, and am a HVAC licensed journeyman. I CAN HELP YOU. Ask me about free estimates for your home and business upgrades.

- Most jobs are quote valued and hourly rates do not come into a factor)
- $85.00 for Air Conditioning or Furnace Maintenance Tune Up
- 2 hrs labor _ to troubleshoot / diagnose problems / OT (after 5 and weekends 2 hrs overtime labor for diagnostic)(HVAC and Electrical only)
- $85.00/ hr labor / OT (after 5 and weekends is $105.00/hr)
- Carpentry work (rate depends on job circumstance)
- Concrete and Mortar (includes structures, driveways and sidewalks) (rate depends on job circumstance)
- R-22 is $210.00 per pound (will let you know if I recommend a leak test)
- R 410A is 70.00 per pound (will let you know if I recommend a leak test)
- General Home Maintenance available
