From unused space to outdoor living. 🔥✨

We’ve shared a few progress photos along the way, but here’s the finished project — and we couldn’t be happier with how it came together.

What started as an unused space is now a complete outdoor living area with a new paver patio and walkway, curved seating wall, built-in fire pit, landscaping, and low-voltage lighting throughout.

A lot of work went into every curve, cut, and detail — and we love seeing the finished result.

And just wait until you see it at night. ✨

Progress update! 👏

We took Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to catch up on a few other landscaping projects, then spent Friday and Saturday back on this patio—and we’re excited to share how it’s coming together!

This weekend we:
🧱 Installed the cap on the seat wall and columns
✔️ Added the concrete edge restraint to lock everything in place
✨ Swept in the polymeric sand
💡 Installed most of the landscape lighting

Now it’s really starting to look like a finished outdoor living space. Up next is one of our favorite parts—landscaping! The plants, mulch, and final touches will bring everything together.

Quick update on our paver project. Things are really taking shape. Border is going down and the cap is getting installed on the wall. Soon we will be ready for lighting and landscaping. 🙂

Progress update from Brumond Smith Nursery!🔥🧱

It’s been exciting watching this outdoor living space come together. Just over a week ago this was bare ground, and today the fire pit is installed (the cap goes on next), with the curved seating wall beginning to take shape.

• Landscaping and finishing touches

We love bringing these outdoor spaces to life and can’t wait to share the finished result. Stay tuned!
