WE’RE GROWING — AND LOOKING FOR LOCAL TALENT!

Badger Custom Decking is looking to add a talented CAD Designer / Outdoor Living Designer / Drafting Professional to our team on a project-by-project contract basis.

As our projects continue to grow in size, creativity, and complexity, we’re looking for someone who can help us take our customers’ ideas from vision → design → build.

We’re looking for someone who can:

🏡 Conduct on-site visits and take field measurements
📐 Create accurate, buildable CAD plans
✨ Produce professional, customer-friendly 3D renderings
💡 Help bring creative outdoor living concepts to life
⚡ Provide reliable, efficient turnaround times
🤝 Collaborate closely with our team from concept through construction

This opportunity will begin on a per-project basis, but we’re looking for the right person to build a relationship with as Badger Custom Decking continues to grow. For the right fit, there’s plenty of potential for this role to become something much bigger down the road.
