Netta Architects is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media & Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

This role will support our marketing and business development efforts by managing social media, creating compelling digital content, showcasing our projects and people, and assisting with the preparation of RFP/RFQ submissions.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong writing and visual storytelling skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.

Over the past five years, Peggy has been an integral leader at Netta, bringing more than 25 years of architectural and project management experience across the residential, commercial, hospitality, civic, industrial, and educational sectors.

A graduate of the Tulane University School of Architecture, Peggy is a licensed architect recognized for her thoughtful leadership, creative problem-solving, and commitment to guiding exceptional projects from initial planning through construction administration.

Her expertise includes CMAR, design-bid-build, and design-build delivery methods, along with extensive experience managing projects throughout Florida and New York.

Guiseppe Barberio of Netta Architects attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the new addition to Firehouse #3 in the Borough of Roselle Park.

The addition will accommodate an additional firefighting apparatus and provide new training, storage, reporting, and office spaces for the Fire Department. Netta Architects’ design also includes renovations to the existing firehouse, optimizing circulation and improving operational flow to better support emergency response times.

Mayor Joseph Signorello, Jr. thanked the Netta Architects design team for their innovative approach, recognizing the project as an important investment in the Borough’s public safety infrastructure.
