Curb appeal makeover in Los Altos Hills! 🏡
The front gate on this home had several different stains and sealers built up over the years, and the fence finish had stopped protecting the wood. Our crew sanded the old coatings off the gate, then power-washed, bleached and preserved the gate, arbor and front fence on both sides.
The result: a clean, even finish that shows off the natural grain and protects the wood for seasons to come.

For this project, the focus was on preserving the beautiful hardwood already in place.
Across approximately 𝟭,𝟬𝟮𝟬 𝘀𝗾. 𝗳𝘁. 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗣𝗘, our team worked on the large back deck along with additional deck areas, steps, and fascia.
The wood was 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱, 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱, including between and along the sides of the boards where accessible.
And the finished photos show exactly why IPE is such a distinctive outdoor wood—the natural variation from board to board creates a character that doesn't need to be covered up.
