Owning a painting company sounds pretty simple until you’re standing outside with a tape measure thinking, “Wait…did I measure THAT wall?” 😂

Today’s estimate had walls, windows, doors, soffits, ceilings, poles, stucco…and one chimney that almost escaped me. 🤦🏼‍♀️

There is definitely more math involved in painting than I was warned about. 😂

From blue to a completely fresh new look! 🏠🎨

This duplex took plenty of prep before the finish coat ever went on — scraping, spot priming problem areas, caulking, masking and protecting surrounding surfaces, followed by spraying and hand work where needed.

The transformation is pretty incredible. The new lighter color gives the whole property a clean, updated look!

This is why we always say the finished paint job starts with the work you don’t see when it’s done. 😉

Did you know? 🎨

Painting your walls and ceiling in the same color family can completely change how a room feels.

In the second photo, the walls are Swiss Coffee and the ceiling is Swiss Coffee at 50% strength. Keeping the colors related gives the room a softer, warmer, more blended look.

In the first photo, the white ceiling against the darker walls creates more contrast and defines the ceiling more.

Which look do you prefer — more contrast, or a softer blended look?

From color samples to a completely refreshed space. 😍

This interior definitely kept us on our toes with those tall walls, vaulted ceilings, wood beams, stairways, and plenty of hard-to-reach areas. A little scaffolding, a lot of careful cutting, and some teamwork got it done. 😂

The new color gives the whole space a fresh, updated feel while still letting those beautiful wood beams and railings stand out.

We love how this one turned out! ❤️

A fresh coat is only part of the job. 🎨

This home needed some extra attention before the new color could go on — peeling areas were repaired, damaged wood was addressed, downspouts were moved so we could paint behind them, and surrounding surfaces were protected along the way.

Then came the fun part… bringing everything together with a fresh new color and crisp white details. 😊

This beautiful old log cabin had years of weather showing on the wood. We brought the warmth and character back with a fresh application of timber oil — and what a transformation!

Three projects. One big backyard refresh. 😎

From tired curbing, to a worn deck, to a concrete slab that had definitely seen better days… this one gave us a little bit of everything. 😂

A lot of prep, a lot of paint, and a pretty satisfying transformation in the end. ❤️
