Before and After! This project finish is a bittersweet time for our team. Excellent customers! Great Experience all around. Thank you David and Lisa for trusting us with your home! Also, thank you to the Haws Homes team, Uchtman Handcrafted Stone, Robby Strain Concrete, A-1 Truss Inc, H4 Earthworks, H4 Gutterworks, Marchant Building Center, Brian Ragland Drywall, Horton Asphalt, Black Oak Painting, Mountain Home Chimney and Tree, A & J Roofing.

This home received a complete and much-needed exterior overhaul. The original lap pine siding, which had been installed incorrectly and was causing widespread damage, was removed and all rotting subsiding, and fascia were replaced. The improperly flashed deck had led to major rim joist rot; the framing was repaired and reinforced, and the deck was correctly re-flashed and rebuilt. The house and new attached two-car garage were then wrapped in durable Diamond Kote siding in 8" lap Cascade with crisp white trim, while sections of the original lap siding that remained in good condition were cleaned and painted to match perfectly. A new architectural shingle roof, new fascia, and new gutters were installed all around. Notice how clean and crisp the chimney is. The old vinyl chase was holding water and was a bit of an eyesore. Newly resurfaced drive with new drive in front of garage. What was once a tired, rot-plagued house is now a fresh, cohesive, and structurally sound modern home with a seamless garage addition and dramatically improved curb appeal.
