I remember very fondly how you & I met. A picture of your Kubota stuck in the mud, I had made a comment on Facebook of helping you get unstuck at which you politely declined even though I told you it wouldn't cost you a dime. From then on I could call you or you call me on a whim for no reason lol. Or when I would be close by your place I would just stop by to catch up with you. Always a very good visit. Meeting your wife, your two boys & daughter, and a few of the grandkids. Beautiful family you & Miss Cindy created I must add.

The night I got the text from your oldest son, worried me cause he never texted me that late. I knew something was a-miss. So I called him and thats when he shared you left us. It still is painful to think about. You were a damn good man & we miss you immensely. Fly high Jim Bass you have more than earned it. Until we meet again old friend.

I want to give a big shout out to Arfirebreakllc Arfirebreakllc who came out to our job site a couple of days ago to help me get some pics & videos for yall. That's one of the toughest parts about this is getting good pics & videos with one guy 😆.

I had to share this. This is very very true

Social media has folks thinking everybody with a dozer, excavator, or dump truck is making money hand over fist.

The truth?

A lot of us are one major breakdown away from having a really bad month.

People see the equipment.

They don’t see the bank note on it.

They see us loading up for a job.

They don’t see the insurance bill, fuel bill, repairs, maintenance, permits, payroll, or the weeks rain keeps us parked while every payment still comes due.

This industry isn’t for the weak.

Then you’ve got people with little to no experience buying a machine and calling themselves contractors. They throw out prices that don’t even cover the cost of doing the job right, and customers jump on it because it’s “saving money.”

Until the job starts washing away.
Until the drainage doesn’t work.
Until the pad settles.
Until the road falls apart.
Until they can’t get the contractor back on the phone.

Then they’re paying somebody else to do it right.

The cheapest bid is rarely the cheapest job.

There’s a reason some companies have been around for years and others disappear after a season.

Reputation isn’t built by being the cheapest.

It’s built by showing up, doing quality work, standing behind it, and treating people right.

Support the contractors who have put in the years, learned the trade, and earned their name. In this business, experience isn’t an extra. It’s everything.

Man this one was a tough row to hoe. Still managed to get 2-3 acres in. Not very steep but rocky as all get out. The teeth took one helluva beating on this one

Our minimum charge is $2800.00 for a 8 hour day. After that it is $350.00 per hour.
