Turning Point Land Surveys recently had the opportunity to stake a new home that will soon be built on Greenbrier Road! We’re excited to be part of the process and happy to help launch the next step in bringing this home from plans to reality.

📐 Did you know? Home staking is the process of taking the dimensions and locations shown on the layout and precisely transferring them onto the actual property. Those flags and stakes help the builder know exactly where the home, corners, walls, and other key features are supposed to be located. It may look like a few flags and stakes in the ground, but there’s a lot of precision behind those little markers!

We’re excited to see this project take shape and look forward to watching this home go from a surveyed site to a finished home!
