A few fun facts about our old Kentucky home:

🏡 Kentucky was originally part of Virginia before becoming the 15th state.

🎵 The song “Happy Birthday to You” has roots right here in Louisville, thanks to sisters Patty and Mildred Hill.

🌲 Kentucky is home to Yahoo Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in the state! Do you know where to find it?

But our favorite thing about Kentucky isn’t something you’ll find in a history book.

It’s the people, the communities, and the memories made in the places we call home.

We’re pretty lucky to build homes right here. ❤️

Same house plans. Three different builders. Three different prices.

That doesn't necessarily mean one builder is too high or another is too low.

The difference often comes down to what's included, realistic allowances, construction methods, and the details that aren't always obvious.
