Over the past few weeks. Tony and I have started phase 3 and 4 of our Gambier job. We're in the 2nd bathroom and laundry room, where we removed all the flooring down to the joist to level up for the new flooring, which will be hardwood. Removed the old kitchen cabinets and in the process to remove the old hardwood in there. The bathroom will be a tiled shower and floor. Homeowner is having custom kitchen cabinets built. We have also been working out at Holmes Rental in preparation for what they are preparing for.

Here's some before and after pictures from the last 2 days of our job in Gambier, on the Higgins Construction side. The homeowner wanted a wainscoting look. We still need the inside detail trim material, which is coming from Keim Lumber.
