📢 Important Update from Hellards Concrete

Due to the continued high cost of fuel, Hellards Concrete will be transitioning to a 4-day work week. This change will help us offset rising fuel expenses while also giving our hardworking team members more time at home with their families.

Our normal schedule will consist of four 10–12 hour workdays, Monday through Thursday. Friday will serve as an alternate workday when needed due to weather, scheduling, or other circumstances.

We remain committed to providing our customers with the same dependable service and quality work you’ve come to expect from Hellards Concrete.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this adjustment, and most importantly, we appreciate your continued business and support of our hardworking crew.

At Hellards Concrete, we believe a quality foundation starts long before the first truck of concrete arrives. We’ve invested in surveying and layout technology that allows us to bring another level of accuracy, verification, and accountability to every project.

Using our FOCUS 35 robotic total station with Layout Pro software, we can precisely lay out foundations, footings, walls, anchor points, and other critical elements directly from project data. Paired with our Emlid GPS and Emlid Flow, we can establish and verify site control, collect field data, and document actual installed conditions.

But the real advantage is what happens next: we build on that data.

Instead of simply pouring concrete and moving on, we can collect as-built information from completed work, compare it to the design, maintain accurate project records, and carry that information forward into the next phase. Each step gives us better information for the step that follows.

That means:

* 📐 More precise foundation and footing layout
* 🛰️ GPS and robotic total-station technology in the field
* 📍 Accurate site control and data collection
* 🏠 As-built documentation of completed concrete work
* 🔄 A digital workflow that compounds from layout → construction → verification

We’re excited to introduce a new local venture:

# # **OLD 110 EQUIPMENT RENTAL**

Located right here in **Mount Vernon at 110 Old Somerset Rd.**

We’re starting small and building it the right way — with dependable equipment that homeowners, contractors, farmers, and property owners can actually use.

Our first rental package is ready to go:

🔴 **V1000 Tracked Mini Skid Steer — $250/day**
⚫ **Dump Trailer — $150/day**
🔥 **Mini Skid + Dump Trailer — $400/day**

The V1000 is a compact, diesel-powered machine that is perfect for:

• Landscaping
• Dirt and gravel work
• Driveway repairs
• Property cleanup
• Backfilling
• Mulch and topsoil
• Tight-access jobs
• Small excavation projects

At only about **38.5 inches wide**, it can get into places a full-size skid steer can’t, while still offering over **1,000 lbs of rated operating capacity**.

This rental business will operate separately as **Old 110 Equipment Rental**, but we wanted to introduce it here first because so many of you already follow and support Hellards Concrete.

We plan to keep adding equipment, trailers, attachments, and other rental options as the business grows.
