Buyer beware, we’ve been saying lots of gypsy asphalt Paver action and Skagit against the Snohomish County several properties that are being sold a seal coat driveway, but they actually just spray it with chip seal oil leaving a shiny glossy messy sticky surface and just met with a customer that had somebody last night show up at his house at 6 PM with a full dump truck of Asphalt claim they were giving him a deal which was actually higher than standard rate and paved over weeds and uneven surface in average of 1 inch depth of Asphalt and then rolled it with a wheeled roller while the mix was still hot leaving depressions all over if you look at the one picture, they ran out of Mix 10 feet before the road and left. The other picture shows a driveway sprayed with chip seal oil that will never properly cure . if you see these guys working, please contact contractor enforcement at LNI they do not have insurance and they are not bonded.

Buyer beware the gypsies are in town. I saw two different companies this morning both from Texas. This truck here was turning around to park and wait while undoubtedly there is door knockers driving the area telling people they’re in the area doing a job and have extra Mix. I spoke with a customer yesterday that got hit by a gypsy last year and had half of their driveway done clearly pretty poor quality so he called us to come and do the remainder of his driveway and informed me that the gypsy he told him how good of a deal he was getting, but it was actually about 15% less than having a competitive local contractor do it. It sounds too good to be true very likely it is.
