Hey everybody, I thought I would pass along a problem with systems not working correctly. The new misting humidifiers, while they work well, are causing filters to plug up within just a few days. This has been a common problem that we have been seeing. If your system is not keeping up in the cold, this could be the cause. Try turning off your humidifier and replacing the filter to see if it cures the issue. The filter will look clean as it is a white substance that is plugging the filter. If this doesn't cure the issue, please reach out to us and we can come out and diagnose the issue and get your house warm and comfortable for you.
