From the recreation center to the pool, the new Lions Park is really starting to take shape!

Inside the rec center, crews are busy with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection rough-ins, masonry, and metal framing. Installation of the elevated running track is also underway, with more interior work ahead over the next few weeks.

Outside, masons are busy building the pump and bath houses, with steel installation to follow. Paving for the pickleball courts is also on the horizon!

A busy site and steady progress at PARK5 Townhomes!

Our teams have completed five buildings and 21 units at this VennPoint Real Estate project. Once finished, this development will add 144 units across 31 buildings in the Village of Deerfield.

At the north end of the site, crews are tackling everything from underground utilities and concrete pours to framing, drywall, and trim. Foundations for the next two buildings are underway, and more sitework and excavation are coming to the south end soon.

Progress is heating up at the new Des Plaines Fire Station 62!

Precast installation wrapped up this week, and our masons are continuing to build the facility’s CMU walls. Structural steel and face brick work are up next, with both set to begin in the next couple of weeks.

The new addition at Westbrook School has a little extra school spirit in its foundation!

Principal Kelly Vignocchi joined Nicholas & Associates Superintendent Ray Godfrey to place student-decorated rocks in the floor of the school’s new cafetorium. Once the space is complete, a plaque on the support beam will commemorate the students as the bedrock of this new addition.

Plenty of activity at our Pabst Farms project in the City of Oconomowoc !

Our teams have started framing the final residential building while continuing work on buildings 3 and 4. Meanwhile, the first residents are moving into the first two buildings at The Frederick Apartments, and the clubhouse and pool are nearly ready to welcome them!

The retail spaces will be ready soon, and interior work continues at our new Nicholas & Associates Wisconsin Office.

More multifamily housing is on the horizon in St. Petersburg! Our Tampa team is partnering with BendinRoad Development and Landings Real Estate Group on a new 13-story apartment community in the Grand Central District.

The project will bring 120 apartments to the neighborhood, including 48 designated as affordable housing.

Supporting our first responders starts with helping them prepare. Before demolition begins at 1600 Bishop Court for the new Wingspan Development Group project, we welcomed the Mount Prospect Fire Department to use the existing building for training.

The multistory commercial building offered a rare opportunity to get hands-on training in a real-world setting, and we’re proud to support the people who protect the community we call home.

The new addition at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School is on the rise! Take a look at the latest aerials from Joliet Public Schools District 86.

The project will add four classrooms, a gymnasium, and a new main office, along with renovations to six existing classrooms. We can’t wait to see students enjoy these spaces when they’re ready for the 2027–2028 school year!

Shovels in the ground and signatures on the wall at Westbrook School! We celebrated the school’s new addition with students and staff at last week’s groundbreaking.

The addition will include a ‘cafetorium,’ four classrooms, a learning resource center, a STEAM room, and a rooftop garden. The biggest impact? Additional Kindergarten classrooms that will allow the school to offer all-day Kindergarten!

Since construction began earlier this summer, Mount Prospect School District 57 administrators were also able to add their names to a wall in the new space!

We’re excited to be working with STR Partners on this project!
