Customer contacted us to reinstall paneling after removal. We discovered termite damage, demolished the affected area, and reframed the walls. Waterproofing measures were implemented, and new light sockets were installed. The adjacent wall had minor water damage, which we replaced with PVC and additional waterproofing. Furthermore, we had to raise the ceiling and replace the ledger board due to termite damage.
