HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS, FOREMAN, LABORERS & PIPE LAYERS NEEDED FOR CIVIL HEAVY CONSTRUCTION WORK:

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operators, Foreman's, Laborers, & Pipe Layers to join our commercial construction team.

These positions require strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
•Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, skid steers, graders, and compactors
•Perform site preparation, grading, trenching, and excavation work
•Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes
•Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
•Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
•Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and crew members
•Maintain a clean and organized job site
•Assist with other general labor duties as needed

🚧 Town Center Civic Space Project Update - End of Week 1 🚧

We're wrapping up our first week on the Town Center Civic Space project and making great strides. 🛠️💪

🔹 This Week’s Progress:
• Demolition Magic: We've been tearing up old concrete and asphalt to make space for new dreams!
• Going Underground: Installation of underground structures has begun, setting the stage for our much-anticipated accessible public restrooms.

🔹 Project Highlights:
• Community Central: A multi-purpose hub for events surrounded by lush green spaces.
• Green & Accessible: Emphasizing universal design, green infrastructure, and sustainability.
• Parking Plus: Not just rebuilding, but adding 18 more spaces and EV charging spots.
• Light the Way: Enhancing pedestrian areas with better lighting and amenities.

📅 Timeline:
• Construction start: April 22, 2024
• Completion goal: August 29, 2024
• Heads up: Parking Lots 3 and 10 are closed till then.
