Most projects don’t start as a major issue.
This started with some water.
Not much of a problem at first, but after days of rains, it had become one.
The thing about water is... it never just sits. It always finds a path.
In this case, it led us straight to the problem: a black corrugated pipe that wasn’t doing its job. It washed this area out instead of draining it.
Now it’s not a simple fix.
It’s opening it up, finding the failure, and rebuilding it the right way.
Because real solutions start with finding the actual problem.
