We recently welcomed Parker to our team. He hails from Atlanta, GA and moved to the Lowcountry to pursue work in the construction industry. Growing up with a dad as a contractor, he has always had a passion for the industry. Parker is using his business knowledge and his practical skills to help move jobs along. To be successful in this field he says that communication is key: « Making sure clients and subs are always on the same page keeps jobs running smoothly and builds trust every step of the way. » When he’s not at work, he can be found in the woods hunting or on the boat fishing. We love repeat clients! This past month one of our favorite families made a move from Mt. Pleasant to downtown Charleston. We helped to make this move as seamless as possible by getting their new (old and historic) house ready. We had crews paint, change out light fixtures, and do a lot of little jobs to make this place feel like home for them. It could not look prettier on this cold but sunny late February day! These clients wanted to transform their outdoor space into a more livable area of their home. One issue they had was that water leaked from the upstairs deck and porch to the space underneath. We remedied this problem so they could have family and friends gather in this space, updated the finishes, and changed the material for the decking and the stairs. The new cable railing allows the owners and their guests to enjoy the beautiful marsh views. Swipe through to the last photo to see what it looked like before.

Check out this transformation in progress. The owners of this ranch in Mt. Pleasant wanted to add more curb appeal to the front of their house by creating a new and more welcoming entrance with a portico, new mahogany door painted with high gloss paint, and some very pretty trim work. A new walkway has been added and landscaping is to follow. Can’t wait to see the end result!
