Another bathroom remodel wrapped up!

We opened up the space by removing two soffits and reframing the ceiling to give the room more height. From there, we installed new tile flooring, a new bathtub with tile surround, upgraded the lighting, and replaced the vanity.

A clean, updated bathroom with a much more open feel!

This roof had not 1, not 2, but 3 layers of shingles!

We stripped everything down to the original 1x6 roof decking and replaced any damaged boards as needed before installing the new roofing system.

The home was also using an older style of ventilation, so we upgraded it to a full ridge vent system across all of the peaks for better attic airflow. We also re-flashed the chimney to make sure everything was properly sealed.

A full tear-off and replacement done the right way from the decking up!

One of our favorite bathroom remodels yet!

This bathroom was completely updated from top to bottom with all new tile, a custom glass shower surround, new countertops, updated plumbing, and full waterproofing throughout the entire bathroom. We also updated the shower, tub area, vanity finishes, and fixtures to bring the entire space together.

Laundry room storage upgrade!

We removed the existing wire shelving and added full upper cabinets to give this space a much cleaner look and plenty of additional storage. A simple upgrade that made a big difference in how this laundry room looks and functions!

Upgraded this client’s EPDM rubber roof! 🏠

We were called out to replace this roof for one of our repeat clients. During the tear-out, we pulled off not 1, not 2, but 3 layers of roofing! We also demoed an abandoned chimney, replaced all the insulation boards, and upgraded their gutters to 6in aluminum with 3x4in downspouts!

Porch upgrade! 🔨

We were originally hired to replace some older, damaged boards on this back porch. Once we started pulling boards, it exposed a much bigger problem underneath — rotted joists and failed nails that were beyond repair.

After discussing the options with the clients, they opted to have us remove the majority of the porch and rebuild it the correct way. These things unfortunately happen, but we were able to create a solution the clients were happy with — and that worked within their budget!

Another roof replacement! 🏠⚒️

We received a call from these clients, stating that they had a leak and were ready to replace their roof. In less than a week, we scheduled them and had their new roof installed!

These clients opted to remove their outdated dish intenna, which was a leaking point in their home. We had to also replace 4 boards, and add new flashing around their chimney. We will be back in a couple weeks to install their custom built chimney cap!

Bathtub refinish!

You don’t have to always replace. This client had a very nice tiled tub surround, but unfortunately we weren’t able to say the same thing about the bathtub. So we tasked our dedicated crew of bathtub refinishers with bringing this tub back to life! Very happy with how this one turned out!
