Taylor Wiseman & Taylor is a professional services firm that has a broad base of experience in the fields of Civil Engineering, Surveying, Land Planning, and Environmental Science. Our current staff consists of licensed engineers, surveyors, geologists, planners and landscape architects. Additional professional expertise is provided by our construction managers, environmental scientists, hydrogeologists and soil scientists. Projects completed by Taylor Wiseman & Taylor include streets, highways and bridges; water storage, transmission and distribution facilities; wastewater collection and disposal; storm drainage systems and flood control measures; residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development; park and recreation projects; brownfield redevelopment and waterfront development. We pay close attention to our company working environment and make every effort to acquire the best professionals and most promising personnel. Our firm has a remarkably low turnover rate and currently has many employees with over 20 years of service. A Warm Welcome to Our Newest TWT Team Members!

Yesterday, Taylor Wiseman & Taylor was excited to welcome our newest colleagues from Land Dimensions Engineering to our Mount Laurel office for a special meet-and-greet lunch!

Our teams came together over hoagies, Chick-fil-A, and more for an afternoon of introductions, conversations, and connections as we celebrated this exciting new chapter for TWT.

TWT President & CEO Patrick Kane and Land Dimensions founder Lawrence (Larry) DiVietro Jr. shared welcoming remarks, highlighting the opportunities ahead as our teams come together.

From welcome banners incorporating both companies' colors to TWT swag bags for our newest employees, we wanted to make everyone feel right at home!

Taylor Wiseman & Taylor is proud to announce the acquisition of Land Dimensions Engineering.

For more than 125 years, Taylor Wiseman & Taylor has proudly served Southern New Jersey as one of the region's preeminent civil engineering and land surveying firms and continues to be a prominent presence throughout the greater tri-state area.

Another great year at Paws for the Cause! 🐾💚

TWT was happy to once again support Paws for the Cause at Fox Chase Cancer Center, an annual event benefiting cancer research and care.

This event has become a special tradition for TWT’s Ray Wheaton and his wife, and we were glad to be back with our TWT booth to support the cause and cheer on all of the two- and four-legged participants! 🐶

Our booth was stocked and ready, with the Milk-Bones once again proving to be a fan favorite among our four-legged visitors! 🦴🐾

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Cleighton D. Smith, PE, CFM, on being named the recipient of the NJAFM Lifetime Floodplain Management Achievement Award! 🏆

This special recognition celebrates Cleighton’s decades of dedication, expertise, and contributions to the field of floodplain management. We’re proud to have his knowledge and leadership as part of the TWT team and thrilled to see his career recognized by the New Jersey Association for Floodplain Management.

Cleighton will receive the award at the 2026 NJAFM Annual Conference in Atlantic City, where he’ll also be presenting. If you’re attending, be sure to catch his presentation and stop by the TWT booth to say hello!

Goodbye summer, hello fall! ☀️🍂

Our TWT Employee Recreation Club has been keeping things seasonal at TWT! We wrapped up summer with a Rita’s Water Ice bar for the team and welcomed the first day of fall on Tuesday this week with apple c***r donuts, fresh c***r, a build-your-own pumpkin spice latte bar, and a screening of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. 🍎☕🎬

It’s always nice to take a quick break from the workday, catch up with coworkers, and enjoy a little something together. A sweet send-off to summer and a fun start to fall at TWT!

🐾 Cars, K9s, and a great day in the community! 🚗

TWT had a blast at the Mount Laurel Police Department’s Rolling with the K9s Car Show! Our team was out representing TWT at our booth, and we even had some familiar faces join the lineup and show off their rides.🏁

We were happy to support this fun community event while connecting with our neighbors, checking out some incredible cars, and, of course, cheering on Mount Laurel’s K9s! 🐾

And to top off the day, two of our very own made the Top 20 with their 1994 Toyota Supra & 2015 Chevrolet Corvette! 🏆🚘

🏁 125 years of TWT and a celebration worth racing for!

Our TWT Charlotte office recently celebrated our company’s 125th anniversary with a Signature Event filled with friendly competition, teamwork, and plenty of fun!

From putting the pedal to the metal at Victory Lane Indoor Karting 🏎️ to testing our aim with axe throwing 🪓, our team had the chance to step away from the day-to-day and spend some time together celebrating this milestone.

Employees also took home event-themed swag bags with a few keepsakes to remember the celebration.

For 125 years, TWT’s success has been built on people, relationships, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. We’re grateful for all of our employees and the work they do every day to make TWT what it is today.

We’re proud of where we’ve been and excited for what’s ahead.

Engineering Solutions for Complex Floodplain Development

Taylor Wiseman & Taylor provided specialized engineering services for River Pointe Development (formerly Bridgeview), an approximately 30-acre residential townhome development within the FEMA 100-year floodplain of the Schuylkill River.

Because fill is prohibited within the designated floodway, TWT developed an innovative solution: constructing a wall along the landward side of the floodway boundary, allowing fill to be placed behind it to elevate the proposed townhomes above the floodplain.

TWT’s floodplain expertise helped the project secure a Conditional Letter of Map Revision Based on Fill (CLOMR-F), allowing development to move forward at the local level. As construction progressed, completed buildings were removed from the floodplain through Letters of Map Revision Based on Fill (LOMR-Fs).

The project demonstrates how TWT’s knowledge of FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) can turn complex regulatory constraints into practical engineering solutions that support successful development.

Proud to have worked alongside PRDC Properties LLC, Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, Lennar, PH&C, Carroll Engineering Corporation, and the Borough of Bridgeport in bringing River Pointe Development to life.
