🔨 Here’s what goes into a new construction roofing project:

✅ Decking Prep: Prior to installation, we inspect and clear the existing roof decking of debris to ensure a clean, smooth surface suitable for proper installation of the roofing system.

✅ Underlayment & Waterproofing Details: We coordinate the installation of underlayment, valley metal, and flashing to help protect critical areas of the roof.
