Taylor Meli of Meli Welding refinished our old iron work and fabricated and installed this new guard rail and handrails. The did the railings for our Clayton street house and as always did a beautiful job. I also want to mention Roger Sebroe who fixed and updated our irrigation. These guys are a pleasure to work with.

FF Brick Pavers. Online they seem like a large corporation, but in reality I delt with the owner, Flavio, who was very helpful with the design. They did beautiful work on the courtyards, planters, stairs, patios, and drive.

Most of the windows on our Sylvan Drive home are original to the home. Arched top blue wooden casement windows that are fabulous (though not energy efficient). Three windows and a door, however had been replaced with silver aluminum 70's tacky. We replaced those with renewal by Andersen. I knew I liked Andersen windows because I used them on two previous homes, but I had never used Renewal. The salesman was very professional and showed me the design & mullion pattern that I wanted on his tablet. They came out and measured the openings and ordered the windows to be custom built. Although it seemed like a long wait, the windows arrived exactly when they said they would, and the installation was also professional. I absolutely love my windows.

Eustis roofing did a great job on our house in Lake Jem after a hurricane and then on the new Clayton street house. This is the first time we've had a clay tile roof, and again they did a great job. In addition to the garage, they fixed all the broken tiles on the existing house.

The trusses for our new garage were provided by Angle Truss, a local company in Tavares. Their prices are extremely reasonable, a great value. The rough framing was done by Ushko construction. I was introduced to James Ushko over 12 years ago by a client who was very impressed with their work, and we've used them on all the houses we've built since. James and Joe Ushko are easy work with and do a wonderful job.

When the house was inspected (Passen Inspections), it was revealed that rats had chewed through the ductwork. Rapture Air removed the old ducts, and one young man was kind enough to remove a dead rat for me. Suncoast Insulation vacuumed out the old attic insulation, and after the electrical was done (Berg Electric), Suncoast blew in new insulation. Rapture Air checked the existing A/C equipment and replace the old ducts. I've used Rapture Air, Berg Electric, and Suncoast on other jobs and continue to be extremely happy with their work.

David Morris - D&D - installed the windows on the garage, as well as the past 3 houses we've built. He and his helpers went over and beyond by helping me remove an unwanted kayack rack from the property.
