We are currently hiring Landscape Maintenance Foreman to provide quality service that meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations.

At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Possesses Leadership skills, managing team to tasks and holding accountable with a professional demeanor.
• Properly wears assigned uniform and other safety related equipment and ensures the same of his/her team members.
• Have a valid Florida driver’s license.
• Knows Central Florida plant material; can identify irrigation and pest related issues, make minor repairs or alert appropriate leaders of the potential problems.
• Safely operates a company vehicle and leads a crew of up to 4 additional people. Can pull a trailer and safely secure any machinery or materials being hauled.
• Checks fluids on the company vehicle on a routine schedule; keeps the interior clean on a DAILY basis, and the exterior washed on a weekly basis at a minimum.
• Outfits the vehicle(s) and effectively maintains and operates all landscape related hand/power machinery in a safety conscious manner.
• Keeps stored equipment and materials maintained and organized.
• Promotes company culture and constantly trains team members on proper procedures for detailing, installing and pruning landscapes.
• Takes direction from Supervisor for daily assignments, and completes all tasks in an efficient, orderly and safe manner.
• Communicates with the customer on a limited basis and refers questions with unknown answers to Supervisor.
• Demonstrates a professional manor at all times.
• Follows company Safety protocols and provides suggestions to Management for improving efficiency and safety.

Irrigation Foreman will be hands on and monitor the installation to ensure quality specifications are met. Responsible for crew production rates, quality control and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Monitor Irrigation install to ensure quality specifications are met.

• Work with the installation crew on installing new sprinkler systems from start to finish.

• Supervises a crew of up to 4 employees and prioritizes work.

• Provide for the installation of Irrigation in a safe, efficient manner.

• Seek new and innovative methods, procedures, and tools to improve efficiency and quality of Irrigation installation.

• Assess quality of work on job site, facilities and systems through regular documented status reports.

• Seek and implement methods to eliminate or reduce rework and redundancy.

• Promote quality customer service.

• Train crew in methods to improve quality of work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 + years of direct working experience in landscape installation

• Must have demonstrated to be highly organized self-motivated and take pride in quality production in previous job(s).

• Ability to operate various kinds of construction equipment including trucks, dingo and loaders.

REQUIRED LICENSES / HOURS OF WORK

Valid Driver's License with clean MVR. 3+
40+ hours per work week with start and end times varying depending on organizational needs. Will be required to work overtime during peak times.

COMPENSATION

This is an hourly position compensation will be competitive based on experience.

·Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
·May assist in various landscape install activities as required
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀/𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
·Irrigation or landscaping experience preferred but not required
·Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
·Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
·Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
·Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
·Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
·Driver with a clean driving record (preferred)
