NOW HIRING!!! — We are a local construction company and have been in business for over 30 years. We specialize in property maintenance for commercial, industrial and residential customers. We do maintenance and repairs, concrete, new construction & remodeling. We are currently looking to hire general laborers and making competitive offers to encourage employment.
We are looking to hire skilled and experienced laborers with some experience in general labor and construction type jobs. A valid Michigan Driver's License is required for this position. We do a mixture of Commercial, Industrial and Residential work. Your job will consist of anything from maintenance and repairs to new installation of equipment, concrete removal/installation, some shop labor, parts pickup & delivery, assisting other tradesmen and more. We do some service work and our fast pace environment requires physically motivated individuals. The type of work will always be changing daily which our crew enjoys because not every job requires moderate physical labor and/or outdoor work. If you like to have your skills challenged, learn new skills, maintain physical health and receive opportunities for growth, this job is a good fit for you. Basic Requirements

We don't work many weekends, but we do expect the team to step up in the event of emergencies which may require some periodic on-call and weekend rotations.
We need crew members who are reliable, responsible and punctual. You must have a positive attitude every day and be willing to learn. You will be expected to follow direction well, be polite & personable, and have basic communication skills. We do quality work and strive for quality workmanship. We work in an easy going and friendly atmosphere and are willing to work with you and help you excel/learn.
