Today September 13 marks two years since my 36-year-old beautiful son Jimmy passed away. The ache of missing him never ever leaves. I stay close to Jesus because he is the only one that gives me true comfort, and peace. Today I choose to look at the beautiful mark Jimmy left on this world-and on my life. Just weeks before he was taken from us, Jimmy shared vibrant, beautiful pictures of the Phoenix bird with me. He spoke with so much passion about this dream he had to build a company called Phoenix Exteriors. Jimmy’s exact words to me. “ Mom I think people will remember this name”. After he passed, I knew his dream couldn’t end there. Channeling grief into purpose, I earned my Home Improvement License and brought Jimmy’s dream to life. Today Phoenix exteriors is fully operational and deeply committed to protect homes with premium roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors.
