We had another great turn out at our monthly cookout for our customers, employees, and sub contractors this past friday in Suissevale. Thank you again Leofanti family for hosting the location again. Stay tuned for progress on current projects and our next cookout invite that we'll send out. Neighbors are welcome to join if you see us out there for a meet and greet. We will bounce around to different locations for the cookout in Suissevale with various different customers. Thank you to all who came and of course our customers and Contractors for all you do.

Heaton Renovations hosted an impromptu customer and employee appreciation cook out lunch today. Due to the growing customer base we've acquired in Suissevale and the great work our guys and sub contractors are doing we wanted to show our thanks. Heaton Renovations started 2 new major builds today. A 28x28 garage addition and a deck with covered metal roof. Stay tuned for progress on these builds as well as current home renovations we're wrapping up with soon. Thank you lakes region community for the business.

Here's a challenging yet rewarding project we completed. The customer needed access to the second floor of this ADU in order to make it a finished space to rent out as an apartment. We needed to cut a hole in the roof, build a dormer, build the deck, roof, and stairs to lead up to it. From design to finish, we were able to achieve this customer's vision. Thank you to my team, Jame and Rich who worked through snow, ice, and cold to get this completed. And thank you Jameson family for the business and your hospitality.

Here's a couple of projects we recently completed. A small bathroom remodel with custom built shelving to match the vanity, custom shaped granite countertop, new lighting, and paint.
Also, a custom built deck enclosure fully insulated with new windows, trim, flooring, and custom built barn doors. The deck was existing and had to be jacked up and resecured for the project. Customer will paint in the spring. Thank you Crowley and Greene family for your business.
