From this point on, should our employees be in your house or business, it’s going to be required that everyone wear masks and everyone sanitize to the best of their ability. In addition to masks, we must be more rigid in our efforts to maintain an acceptable social distance.
Failure to follow this request will result in us not being able to provide the assistance you or your business needs.
Anyone who has tested positive or shown symptoms of COVID-19 will not be able to have on site service, but will be eligible for over-the-phone and remote assistance at no charge.
For the past 30 years, we’ve always made your family’s safety and security our top priority. We’ve always been willing and able to go the extra mile for our customers and nothing is going to stop us from trying. However, these are difficult times and we’re having to adapt to the best of our abilities just like everyone else. Please, to the best of your abilities, help us in our attempt to help you.
