LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER
Who We're Looking For
You're a leader who takes ownership, solves problems, and keeps projects moving. You communicate well, stay organized, and take pride in delivering quality work.
What You'll Do
--Manage outdoor living construction projects from start to finish
--Lead crews and maintain quality, schedules, and job site standards
--Coordinate materials, change orders, and client communication
--Use JobTread to track project progress and documentation
--Communicate with your crews and the clients
What You Bring
--Residential construction management experience
--Knowledge of decking systems, permitting, and inspections
--Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
--JobTread experience is a plus

What We Offer
--$60,000 to $80,000 starting salary based on experience
