Birthday celebrations are in full swing for Tomara Jackson. Happy Birthday, Tomara. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿง

If you have ever seen a workstation decked out with festive birthday dรฉcor, chances are Tomara was the creative force behind it. It is only right that today we return the favor and celebrate her.

Tomara has now surpassed 11 years of service with the MPBS team. As our Paint Lead, she specializes in custom tinting and precise color matching, manages ordering, and delivers knowledgeable, attentive service backed by years of hands-on experience in the paint department. ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ 

At our annual Christmas party, Tomara was recognized with the Social Butterfly Award, a fitting honor for someone who brings energy, connection, and positivity to those around her.

Outside of work, she stays busy with craft nights, shopping outings, dinners with friends, and her yearly trip to Oregon to stock up on her favorite watermelons. ๐Ÿ‰

Today weโ€™re celebrating Doug Druffel, who marks his birthday with 22 years of dedication to MPBS. Happy Birthday, Doug. ๐Ÿง

Doug joined MPBS in 2004 as a delivery driver, back when the store was much smaller. When he was not out making deliveries, he jumped in to support the sales team wherever needed. Over the years, his role has grown along with the company.

Today, as an Inside Pro Sales Associate, Doug partners closely with contractors and trade professionals. He manages daily sales, coordinates special orders, supplies building materials, and delivers the high level of service our customers rely on at the counter. ๐Ÿ 

Outside of work, Doug enjoys time on his Harley and diving into a great historical fiction novel. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“š

Today weโ€™re giving a big birthday shoutout to Mark Tripepi. Happy Birthday, Mark. ๐ŸŽ‰

Mark has been an important part of the MPBS team for more than 13 years. While he prefers to stay out of the spotlight and asked that we skip the photo, we could not let the day pass without recognizing him. Over the years, Mark has worked in several areas including the tool department, service counter, and inventory.

He recently stepped into his role as Digital Merchandiser and eCommerce Support Specialist, where he manages new product uploads, updates website imagery, and supports our growing online initiatives. Quiet, steady, and dependable, Mark plays a key role in keeping our digital presence strong.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time with family, and catching a great rock concert whenever he can. ๐ŸŽธ

Help us celebrate Dave Edwards today. Happy Birthday, Dave. ๐ŸŽ‚

Dave has been a dedicated part of MPBS for more than 14 years. Over that time, he has contributed across several departments including contractor sales, receiving, and inventory. In his current role as Claims Specialist, Dave handles damaged product claims, shortages, mis-shipments, and the majority of warranty claims and returns, helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, you can find Dave reading a great history book or spending quality time with his family. ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ’•
