This home was built in the Village at Indian Creek, unincorporated St Charles County. This is what a semi-custom home looks like. If our standard plan does not meet your needs, let’s have a discussion and customize it! This customer did a wonderful job and we was able to expand this home to meet their families’ needs.
I am sure they will get many years of enjoyment and thank you for allowing us to build your home!

Then, drive out and see what large-lot living actually looks like in Sugar Maple, The Village at Indian Creek, Harmony Hills, or The Elms. Pick one.

Look at houses.

Judge driveways.

Discuss exterior colors.

Say “Ohhhh, I like THAT one” at least four times.

And if the conversation starts sounding suspiciously like…
