This bathroom was a complete gut down to the studs. The clients wanted a luxury bathroom. So Joseph Home Improvement gave them just that. The client also wanted a complete layout change for the plumbing fixtures. We moved the vanity to the outside wall, moved the toilet, got rid of the tub and built a huge shower.

Some of the luxury features are: Kohler Smart toilet, custom shower bench, 2 shower valves, heated shower pan and main floor, KraftMaid cabinetry, wall sconces, awesome quartz wall caps and countertop and the beautiful tile!

Some of the upgrades: All new drywall, Wedi shower system, new attic insulation, new outside exhaust fan pe*******on, all new plumbing and electrical.

We also installed a brand new beam, installed a new ceiling fan and installed shiplap on the ceiling of the bedroom adjacent to this bathroom.

This job was a challenge with all of the snow for sure and it required our A game on the tile installation. However, it is also one of my personal favorite bathrooms to date!

This is about the 10th travertine stone replacements we have done over the years. This job had a problem with a leaking shower bench and a leaking shower.

How do we blend new stone with the existing stone? How do we make the repair and have it all look proper when we cant find a matching product?

This bathroom was new in 2012. They chose blonde travertine tile back then in the 3/8" thickness. The tub framing was badly rotted due to water damage, the shower had 2 layers of pan tile and second curb, one on top of another to "hide/band aid" the problem

The client wanted to keep the tub and flooring. BUT WE COULDN"T find the matching tile in the correct thickness. I ended up ordering 3/8" tile from The Tile Shop. Picked all of the lightest ones and blended the deck and shower seat.

Ended up finding 12x24" 1/2" thick tiles, still darker, but close enough for the walls. New door, and paint. Back to new but better because our shower wont leak!

The first pic is the Latest remodel, second pic was the original leaky shower

Check this shower and bathroom! This job was partially done by the homeowner: Framing and some finishes. We installed all of the rough plumbing, had the drywall installed by our sub, hoseph Home Improvemwnt Installed the shower system and tile work. We also installed the shower door, installed the freestanding tub and tub filler, basically all of the plumbing for the entire bathroom and shower tile.

The tile was very complicated with lots of accents and pattern work. It came out just perfectly!

This bathroom is in the same house as the last post of the hall bathroom. The color palate is similar but not the same. The colors flow through the home and all work together.

The job went smoothly as we installed a free standing tub, a herringbone tile main floor and brushed gold Moen fixtures. The only frustrating part was installing the herringbone floor!! Good times but we got it done and turned out nice!

Here we have a hall bathroom remodel in Mason Ohio.
There was a window here in the shower previously. It was so rotted we removed it altogether. The whole outside wall needed to be re built as well as new siding.
The client picked some nice subway tile. When ever a client wants white shower grout, I tell them to use pure epoxy grout. It is non porous and will not get ugly like regular cement based grout. It looks fresh and clean.
The rest of the bathroom is simple with a very nice vanity and quartz countertops. Brushed gold Moen faucets complete the look and match the glass door hardware too.

Ever wonder what's inside your water heater? Well check this one out after 15 years of hard water. It was too heavy to lift into the van so we cut it open. It was filled with 4 drywall buckets to the top of sludge! Gross! Call Joseph for a new water heater and a water softener today! 513.400.6401 Mention the word "GROSS" and get $100 off your install!

Check this before and after Kitchen in Mason Ohio. Constructed in 2024 by Joseph Home Improvement and Plumbing.
This kitchen took a turn for the better, with a whole new look. The client Chris loves earth tones mixed with grays. He also wanted a chef's kitchen, We gave him exactly that.
First Chris met with my cabinet designer Greg from Carter Lumber. He went with KraftMaid cabinets, which are very high quality. He also chose a 6" air duct on his commercial vent hood. We had to run a whole new circuit just for the vent. We removed the previous corner pantry and repositioned things a bit, giving more cabinet space.
Chris went with a new porcelain floor, 2 zones of undercabinet lighting, hidden microwave, quartz counters and backsplash. There is a wine rack and wine area too. We trimmed it out to the ceiling with beautiful crown molding. Chris was planning on adding custom glass to the cabinets over on the refrigerator side of the kitchen. The work spilled out into the LV area and up the steps with a new handrail system. More pictures to follow! Thanks to everyone who worked on this project!

Primary bathroom remodel in Mason Ohio. Joseph and his crew took out a tub shower combo that looked outdated and leaked. These clients couldn't even use the shower for over a year due to a leak.

We built a huge shower with a linear drain. The clients picked classic tile that will last yet has a contemporary feel. Black hardware, mirrors and k***s all complete the look. A new barn door entrance too was added to help with the previous congested set up.
