Hello everyone and welcome to our latest project. This is a complete primary suite , including the primary bathroom, bedroom and closet.
BATHROOM: We didn't change the layout of this bathroom. We just improved it. Here are the key features: Tile floor to ceiling every wall, heated floor and shower pan, Kohler 1.6 gallon black wall hung toilet with 12" recessed upper cabinet, motion sensor bathroom toilet night light was added. Hand sprayer at the toilet, and bidet seat hookup and outlet.
Expanded LED lighted niche, LED lighted toe kick, LED lighted laundry folding area with wooden removable shelf, upper cabinets above laundry area, Kohler metal framed medicine cabinets, Kraftmaid cabinetry, barn door, custom glass enclosure, hand held sprayer next to the floating quartz bench, heated shaving mirror, blue tooth sound system with ceiling speakers.
BEDROOM: The previous ceiling had no lighting, just a ceiling fan. So, we took down the ceiling drywall and wired it for LED lights. We also ran ceiling speaker wires and speakers for the bedroom sound system. We finished it with a beautiful Kauffered ceiling made of poplar and stained to match the feature wall. We painted the ceiling black to add to the moody look. Black molding to bring it all together. Even the ceiling fan blades were stain matched to the project.
CLOSET: The closet was builder grade with wire racks. We upgraded to a custom closet system made of poplar and painted to match. The ceiling lights were also installed on center and the ceiling painted black for uniformity.
This project was a lot of work! It was very challenging. But we acieved the dramatic look the clients wanted! The clients couldn't be happier!
