PROJECT COMPLETE 📍 Newton, NJ

Some roofs need more than new shingles.

When we stripped this roof down, parts of the structure underneath weren’t fit to build on. Most crews would have covered it and moved on. We opened it up, replaced the damaged sheathing, and made sure every inch was solid before a single shingle went down.

Here’s what we did:
✔️ Full tear-off down to the decking
✔️ Damaged sheathing cut out and replaced with new plywood
✔️ Leak barrier in the valleys
✔️ TopShield TS20 synthetic underlayment
✔️ TAMKO Titan XT architectural shingles in Rustic Black
✔️ Daily cleanup and a final walkthrough with the homeowners

The result is a roof that looks sharp from the street and is sound all the way through, ready for a North Jersey winter.
