Had to repair some failing soffit panels. Once we removed a few panels we found the strapping was failing creating the sagging issue. To fix the issue we removed all paneling, secured strapping and reinstalled the soffit paneling.

Getting back to two projects from earlier this year. Built two decks in January and there dried out and ready for paint. Color matched existing paint scheme. Stair treads are painted with anti-skid to prevent slipping in wet conditions.

Front entry door and sidelights removal and new install. Installed 1 entry door with transom window and 4 sidelights with transom windows. Installed primed pine trim on interior and exterior. Painted 1 coat primer and two coats color, matched building color scheme. The goal was to replace and match the original entry.
