• Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailings, shipping, supplies, office inventory and daily errands as needed.

• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

• Support employee recruitment efforts and assist with human resources activities as directed

• Provide hospitality to visitors and guests, and keep the office neat and orderly

• Assist in the Maintenace of the corporate social media and email accounts and maintain an active social presence for the company

• Manage office services by ensuring operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are appropriate and correct, and all clerical functions are properly carried out
