On behalf of painters everywhere, 100% silicone caulking is not to be use inside where painted surfaces meet. Silicone can’t be painted and is a huge headache to fix. Instead use paintable silconized acrylic caulking. It’s meant for windows, doors and trim. It seals just like silicone and is 100% paintable.

We were asked to come back and complete the interior painting on this project, gray stone for the main color in Sherwin-Williams Emerald acrylic interior paint with an accent wall being iron ore in Sherwin-Williams Emerald acrylic interior paint.

We washed the walls, drywall repaired a few areas, nail hole repair, texture matching, spot primed areas we worked on followed by 2 coats of paint.

We had more water damage from a leaking skylight and some water pipes. We repaired and resecured drywall, finished flat and texture matched the acoustic texture and walls. Oil based spot primed problem areas and topcoated the whole ceiling for a consistent bright white everyone is happy with!

What a transformation!

This wasn't the easiest job to complete, but after some effort and addressing issues we were able to leave the homeowner happy with their space. We always try to exceed expectations and I think we nailed it on this one!

Another job where attention to detail and dedication to the craft made all the difference — from carefully sanding off the previous finish job to a sound surface, removing failing tape and using proper mud with the proper drywall tape, all the way to a smooth Level 4 finish on the walls with a professional knockdown texture that is consistent and uniform.
