It started with one backhoe, one dump truck, and one employee out of a home office and shop at 41 Crows Loop. The business was growing and in 1992 was incorporated as Crow Paving, Inc. and moved to its second location at 204 W. Railroad Avenue. The company continued to grow and add more employees. In December 2008, Crow moved to a new place with a larger facility at 57 Foster Drive (new shop and o

ffice). In 2014, Mike and Suzan Miller purchased Crow Paving, Inc. from the Crow family. Under the Millers’ careful guidance, TOL offers a diverse range of construction and engineering services, including General Contracting, Design-Build, and Construction Management in the areas of Industrial, Commercial, Heavy Civil/Dirt Work, and Water/Wastewater. Today, our Marketing team is in Rogers, Arkansas, helping oversee setup at the Embassy Suites as we prepare for a great week of networking, learning, and industry collaboration.
