Join us in this virtual tour of a day in a GeoTec home…
The home is a big robot that takes care of you. Its ability to rotate and track the sun allows it to harvest energy in abundance. It also provides a dynamic environment in which to live, changing throughout the day! It is as if the home is alive, organically changing depending on needs, weather, and energy goals.

In the morning, you have the option of waking up under the open sky or covered
by glass windows. As the day passes, the home organically reorients, providing a changing environment as you work or watch your kids. Later, in the evening, the kitchen can open up so that you cook outside, the fumes sent outdoors. There are many manners the GeoTec flexes to provide a healthier … and outrageous life style. (If you think of cool ways to use the GeoTec, please send us ideas.)

The GeoTec design is a gift to humanity. This is for anyone who wants to build; we will help you build it providing you our data base of information as it enlarges.

The GeoTec is a net positive to the planet, generating more than it consumes. It not only satisfies its own energy needs, it provides surplus energy to power neighboring homes.
Due to the Icosahedron structure, it can be scaled to be very large. This opens this structure to serving as a community center, a school, or hospital, providing many community's needs.

The GeoTec home is a gift we are creating for humanity. We're working toward a kit so anyone could create their own GeoTec home. We are
taking steps to build the GeoTec in Panorama Pass, Morongo Valley, which is halfway between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. This home will be presented on Kickstarter and you will be able to contribute and in return get to live in the GeoTec to “kick the tires.” If you'd like to be on the list of people notified of

The GeoTec is quite extraordinary, redefining in many ways the premise of “architecture.” This is an energy machine, generating energy for

This house SAILS
Most homes are like motorboats. This home is like a sailing yacht!
Rather than rely on imported power sources, Harmony operates like a sailing yacht, efficiently working with the forces of nature to power life.
No traditional static architecture here! This home changes shape, transforming to needs, providing a multiplicity of spaces.
Traditional homes are tightly sealed causing them to be stuffy and unhealthy. Harmony Sails guides fresh air throughout the home. It breathes; creating a healthy environment.

We just completed our first Outdoor Living Architecture event hosted at our showcase home, Harmony Sails.
We did a tour showing the indoor-outdoor features: RIO, KIO, LIO, and the outdoor rotunda.
It was a gathering of creative minds in real estate, construction, and design to network and discuss ideas on how we can work together to use design to make our lives better.
