A coffee cart built for The Morland Mercantile from salvaged 130 year old t&g decking that was jointed, squared & planed on a Hammer A3-41. The joinery is all mortice & tenon cut with a PantoRouter. The top is birch ply with donated scrap Formica & bullnose.

I laid a sheet of 3/4 melamine on the bottom of the shelf to reference the Domino off while cutting the mortises. This gave me a straight line of tenons, so cutting the corresponding mortises in the case sides was easy. I referenced off the bottom of the shelf so the off-center tenons would have more material above the tenon, theoretically able to support more weight.

A printer stand made from recycled wood & hardware for my friend, Skip. It was fun and had a few challenges to overcome. The boards were not flat & the were several pounds of cut nails embedded in them. It all came together with the help of a Festool Domino.
