Rus/D Real Estate

Rus/D Real Estate is a division of Rusty Real Estate, INC, which is owned by Rusty Davis. Rusty Real Estate, INC is a NC Licensed Real Estate Firm, and a NC Licensed General Contractor with Rusty Davis as the qualifier. As a real estate brokerage, our agents are among the best real estate agents in Morganton, NC and surrounding areas. And, while we love being your agents, we're actually much more than that. We are your friends, your family, your volunteers, your church leaders, your little league coaches, and your neighbors. We are trusted by our community because we are invested in our community. And we are known by our community for our integrity, care, loyalty, dependability, and our skilled personal & professional service. Rus/D Real Estate was founded in early 2022 by Broker and Owner Rusty Davis. After 6 years of serving the community through other firms, Rusty decided it was time to start his own brokerage, branded by his own core values of Faith, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Loyalty, Diligence, Excellence, and Honor. Rusty has a diverse professional background that has, in many ways, helped him become the capable real estate agent and community resource he is today. His resume includes time as a musician, church worship pastor, restaurant owner, videographer/photographer, web designer, graphic designer, real estate investor, and a lifetime of construction and carpentry experience. Rusty is also a certified FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot, allowing him to serve his seller clients without outsourcing the work. At Rus/D Real Estate, we aim for strong long-term relationships with our clients. We make it our mission to earn your trust for life, and we consider it an honor to serve you even beyond real estate. If you're not already a part of the Rus/D Real Estate team, we hope to have the privilege of serving you soon.
