The final product could not have turned out better! Every detail of this project came together to create a truly luxurious outdoor space.

From the natural stone staircase that complements the massive Verti-Block retaining wall to the custom outdoor lighting that transforms the landscape at night, every element was designed to work seamlessly together. Utah’s drought-resistant plants, beautiful river rock, and paver patios add texture, function, and year-round beauty—bringing the comfort of indoor living to the outdoors.

Beauty is in the details—and the details are what create luxury !

This is what Mountain Top Landscapes & Excavation is all about!!

Out with the old, in with the new!! Look at that before and after! Functional, aesthetic, and built with structural integrity in mind. Oh!—and a grade that puts water away from the house and out to where it can drain without leaving standing water in a tight space. To seal this project off, we chaos seeded the hillside with perennial wildflowers 🌼 next spring will be👌🏻

Utah just had one of the lowest snow pack winters on record! With 95% of our water relying on snow pack, this is concerning.

Replacing grass with water conscious landscaping can assist our community in conserving our most precious resource!

It doesn’t need to sacrifice usability or aesthetics while doing so either.

Some solutions we offer:

-Artificial turf, keeping usability while lowering water usage drastically.

-Xeriscapes, water wise plants mixed with natural stone that perfectly complement the scenery of the high desert and mountains.

-Pavers and hardscape, reducing grass areas with a beautiful place for families to gather.

Until the end of March we are offering $500 off booked xeriscapes and water wise landscaping installs or remodels in Summit, Wasatch and Morgan counties.
