Third street fire station? MORGAN HILL new building. I can't find the ART.
Wednesday evening, the city council approved an ordinance implementing the requirement of public art in new development projects. Public art, or a public art in-lieu fee, will be applied to new residential projects of 20 housing units or more, nonresidential projects of 5,000 square feet or larger, and new public buildings, and city parks. Grateful to city staff for their research into this ordinance and to the council for their approval. Looking forward to seeing more public art projects throughout Morgan Hill.
