I’ve been working in my yard this last week. All my roses ( I have 8 rose bushes) started out like the first two pictures; choked out by w**ds and grass. So I pulled all the w**ds and grass out by the roots as much as I could. Sifted through the dirt, trying to make sure it was free of roots as much as possible so it wouldn’t grow back immediately 😊. Then I sprayed ant spray and let it sit for a bit before adding 3 bags of Miracle Grow Garden soil to the large Rose bed and a 1/3 of a bag to the single Rose bed. Now I’m watering. The large Rose bed has bed empty of w**ds and grass for about 5 days. I had a few to pull today before adding the soil. We added the trim around the beds and I love it! Looks so much better. Another week and I should have all the plants in my yard transformed 😊❤️
