I have to say this was a very stress free job, the home owners Jim and Elizabeth had a vision, called me and our crew and we brought that vision to life, from the first hole to the last stroke of the paint brush, we had a few changes here and there, some things didn’t work like we wanted it to, this is a 2 size porch, the front section is a16x20 with the back section being a 10x18to form one big porch, 6x6x16 treated post, vinyl ceilings, metal roof , picket handrails and an added touch, a 14 foot bar for the weekend get togethers, added a bed swing, and installed the big screen tv in time for the football games, paint color is white on battleship grey. The best part of the job, I made some great friends.

Tips to building a screened in porch…
Always lay screen over the joists and around the post before laying your decking boards, this helps to prevent bugs and mosquitoes from entering from underneath the deck.
