Caulk helps keep moisture where it belongs.

Using the right type—and replacing it when it wears out—helps protect your home from water damage.

Take a few minutes this weekend to check around your tubs, showers, sinks, and windows for worn, cracked, or peeling caulk. A quick touch-up now can help prevent bigger repairs later.

This bathroom got a full reset, and it shows 👀

A custom tile shower with frameless glass and a built-in bench anchors the space, paired with a drop-in soaking tub in a wood-paneled deck for a place to unwind.

The vanity was updated with a double sink and quartz countertops for added storage and function, while matching stone details tie the shower together.

Grip-textured tile flooring adds durability and safety underfoot.

If you’d like to explore a project like this, we’re here to help.

A nod to the Dads who keep the structure of home solid—frame, foundation, and all 👏

Pick one thing around the house that's been waiting. Nothing major. Just one small project you've been meaning to tackle.

Because that's what you do—you take care of things, and there's a simple satisfaction in seeing it finished.

Or leave it for another day—fire up the grill, go fishing, or get in a round of golf. This one's for you.

Happy Father's Day 💙
