More affordable homeownership opportunities in Litchfield County, Connecticut.

Signature Building Systems fabricated modular components for a program bringing 10 new affordable homes to Salisbury, Cornwall, Norfolk and Washington.

Coordinated by the Litchfield County Center for Housing Opportunity, the program helps first-time buyers purchase new homes in communities where affordable options are limited.

Our new case study shares the homes, local partnerships and construction details, including a four-module Cape in Salisbury.

As long as you can describe it, we don’t need to define it.

We are proud to support local votech programs and give students the opportunity to gain real world experience in the trades.

These partnerships benefit everyone. Students develop skills outside the classroom while working alongside experienced tradespeople, and we get the opportunity to work with talented young people entering the industry.

Bryden is a great example. He joined Signature as a votech student, brought a great attitude and willingness to learn, and quickly became a valuable member of our team.

Congratulations Bryden. We are excited to have you join Signature Building Systems full time and look forward to watching you continue to grow.

We had the opportunity to bring the Signature Building Systems team together for a company cookout to celebrate Memorial Day.

It's important that we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage and dedication have secured the freedoms we enjoy every day.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the veterans on our team and throughout our communities for their service.

Finally, thank you to all of our employees for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. The success of Signature Building Systems is a direct result of the talented people who show up every day and give their best.
