Tami’s journey is a special one. She first connected with us at just 16 years old, officially joined the team at 18, and has now dedicated 20 years of hard work, growth, and commitment to this company.

Over the years, Tami has been more than just an employee—she’s been a steady presence, a trusted teammate, and a key part of what makes MRC what it is today. Her loyalty, work ethic, and heart for the company have left a lasting impact on everyone she’s worked with.

We had a great time at our Superintendents meeting on Saturday. Our team came together from all locations to participate in bonding exercises, informational sessions and to hear the vision for 2020. Looking forward to a great year!

Construction costs are rising, and there doesn’t appear to be any slowdown given the high development demand and shrinking labor pool. The U.S. unemployment rate dipped to 3.9% in July, a condition that is causing companies to search harder to fill positions.
