It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of a valued member of our team, Jon Kippen.

Jon was more than an exceptional salesman—he was a trusted colleague, a dedicated professional, and a person who brought integrity, warmth, and genuine care to every relationship he built. His passion for drainage, water management, and improving farmland throughout the Red River Valley was truly unmatched, and it showed in the way he served both our customers and our community.

We are deeply grateful for the time we had with Jon and the contributions he made to our team and the region he cared so deeply about. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him during this difficult time.

He will be greatly missed.
